The Lost and Found office is open from monday to wednessday 08:00 - 12:00 and thursday to sunday 11:00 - 15:00.

Delivery of lost property can, by agreement, take place during this time.

Before delivery can take place, the form above must be completed.

Receipt, storage and delivery are continuously registered electronically.

Registered items are kept for 4 weeks.

If no inquiry has been made regarding the forgotten items, these will be donated to charity.

Passports/documents, electronics, jewelery and other valuables are stored for 48 hours, after which these are handed over to Billund Airport Police.

Items of particularly high value are immediately handed over to Billund Airport Police.

It is possible to have forgotten itmes sent, by agreement with the staff.
