If you have other special needs - for example, a child with autism, fear for flying, we would like to help you through the airport as easily as possible.

It is not necessary to contact us in advance - just contact one of our service staff on the floor when you arrive at the airport and we will assist you in the best possible way through the airport and ensure that the boarding takes place easily and quickly.

It may be a good idea to advise the airline in advance if the need also applies on board the aircraft and on the return flight.
