Your company must have an operational purpose at Billund Airport to be given permission to gain access to the airport’s restricted area.

The form must be completed with following information:

• Information about your company.
• The purpose of your company’s access requirement to Billund Airport.
• Information about your company’s contact-person at Billund Airport (your contact-person is the individual with whom you have made an agreement about gaining access to Billund Airport’s restricted area).

The form must be signed physically by each of the ID-Card responsible managers before being submitted. The completed form must then be submitted to the HR Department at Billund Airport by e-mail at: ID-Kort@bll.dk
