ID- og CV-verifikation

As a company you must perform an ID- and CV-verification for each of your employees applying for an ID-Card for Billund Airport.

Each employee must provide a CV covering the past 5 years from the current date.

All periods in the CV must be verifiable (a period may only be undocumented for a maximum of 28 days).

A copy of the employee's valid passport or driver's license must be attached to their CV.

Billund Airport is not to receive this documentation from you. Your company must ensure that the documentation is archived within the company, as the documentation must be available if the Danish Civil Aviation- and Railway Authority requests it.

An ID- and CV-verification must then be carried out once every year as long as the employee is employed within the company in question and therefore holds an ID-Card for Billund Airport.
